Senior PM salary at Red Hat

I am at the PM level currently undergoing discussions for the Senior PM role. This is in a non-technical capacity with the focus on project execution and analytics. I am confused as to what base salary I shud be asking for as I know Red Hat pays below industry standards. Current base is 140K. I am also trying to negotiate a higher cash and stock bonus. Any insight would be appreciated as I don't want to leave money at the table.
