Currently with a small Fintech startup working as Product and Tech lead but I don't see traction from the organisation in terms of business and leadership so I want to move on.

Currently at the final stages of interview with 2 companies. Company 1 being a big crypto startup and company 2 being an asset financing scale up company. Both companies are well funded. Company 1 has TC $150k P/A for the Senior Product Manager role and company 2 has TC $80k P/A for Director of Product role.

Crypto industry sounds interesting (company 1) but has bad reviews for its product and its been around only 3 years. For company 2 they seem just okay and cruising.

Put yourself in the shoes for each company. Assume you’re working there for 24 hours and see how you feel. If you like 80k (and envisioning living remote, etc.), use the other offer to pump it. 80k is low for a director but yet again it depends on yoe, etc. Try and ask for stock options and other perks. Living in Poland for 80k is great but in London it is not so much.

45k aed/month for a 10 yoe is decent. Congrats, you can squeeze more. Life expenses can vary from case to case and if you have a family or not. As a single person, you can save upto 30-35k aed/month if you want.

I would take the Dubai one for 150k$. You will manage to save more than 80k$ and enjoy a good life of an expat in the international city 🌃. Yet again, it depends on your goals. In my case, I went for the lowest TC (but with WFH). as I wanted to transition to Europe out of Middle East over taking other higher deals/ TC in Middle East and SEA.
