Senior Scientist TC Range (Amazon Canada)

I am considering going for a senior scientist position at Amazon.

YoE: 3
PhD

What should I expect in terms of TC? I tried looking up online and the numbers vary a great deal. But the average numbers I gather seem to revolve around a total of 250k?

    what level? To give you some idea, I interviewed for an L6 and they told me the TC was $225-250CAD and base around 160K.
    however the was for a completely different role, I don't know if levels are the same across roles or not....

    Should be higher than that, a while ago I got an offer for L6 in Canada with TC a bit over 300k CAD, maybe mid 300s. The base was surprisingly high (over 200k iirc) and RSU allocation surprisingly low, but maybe that's how Amazon goes.
