Senior Software Eng. Tesla Offer - Fremont
I'm being offered a Senior Software Engineer role with one of the warp teams at Tesla. From what I've read around here, the warp team doesn't have too great of a reputation. Any opinions on the offer? P3: 160k base/220k RSUs Current TC: 180 base/25k bonus/10k RSUs 10 YOE #tesla

that is solid for p3 in fremont, but with 10 yoe you should be very close to p4, you can probably get it after 1-2 yrs.
I don’t know about Tesla but that’s a low offer for a sr software engineer in Bay Area. You will have to work your ass off in that company so accept at your own risk.
Your current is better, ask Tesla to match your current base, then it's decent offer, what about singon?
