What are the basic differences in terms of responsibilities and compensation?

    In terms of compensation, C1 pays shit compared to Amazon

    Depends on team. Some managers do a great job in managing their engineers and making sure prioritization is done properly. Others just browse Reddit all day.

    But yeah, in terms of compensation, Amazon will blow Cap1 out of the water. What's your YoE and current TC?
