I haven’t logged into my account for a year and since then I have moved to a new country. - My phone nr has changed - My credit card nr has changed I still remember my password, my email, and everything else that should verify that this is my fucking account. But to be able to verify my new device I have to have access to both my old phone nr and my old credit card nr. And I can’t contact support through my account before I have verified this information. ================ EDIT: Sent a private message to the Facebook page and they gave me access to the account in 5 minutes! Seriously Airbnb? I guess you’re all good and an attractive workplace for a reason! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Had a similar issue that caused my account to be inaccessible. Decided to book a hotel instead of dealing with the shitty customer experience.
Is why I won’t use the product: shit show all around.

@OP There's a link in that modal that says "I need help", you can fill that out and get unblocked within a few hours. Does that not work for you?
