Has anyone had any experiences with the ServiceNow Chicago office? Interested in the culture/interview process for a swe at the Chicago office
At the risk of exposing my identity :\ I've worked for ServiceNow for years and I worked at the Chicago office for the last year. I can say that I, as an interviewer, was looking for attitude and aptitude. We wanted people in Chicago who were not assholes and who seemed capable in picking up the platform, which means you don't need to be a hardcore JavaScript|Java|React guru, just prove that you can figure things out and are open to learning new things. As a result, I think the Chicago office is comprised of people that are really sharp but also very easy going. It's smallish at this point (~40 ppl) but growing fast. There's not a single person in that office that I'd balk at working with. Except me. I'm kind of a dick đ€Ș
