Just want some opinions on an offer I got from ServiceNow. Do you think it’s a low ball offer? Sr. UX Designer with almost 7 years of experience. Location: Silicon Valley/Bay Area, CA Salary: $175,000 Bonus: $26,250 (15%) RSU: $35,000 ($140,000 total) Total Comp: $236,250 #design #compensation #offer
Location? If not SF, salary is good and bonus is OK, RSU seems low. Could probably get $50-65k / yr.
Silicon Valley
Could probably get a little higher on salary like $180-$185k and I'd say definitely try for more RSU.
Looks really good! I know lead designer at ServiceNow can get paid 320+, so you might be able to negotiate on stocks.
Dayum that's high for design but I'm just being salty. Congrats
Hi @ServiceNow, Could you please refer me at ServiceNow role? I'm a new grad.
What are the benefits/perks, are you considering those as well?
This looks like an IC4 staff level offer not senior.
Im an IC4 engg and this is more money then I make in Chicago 🤣🤣
Can I dm you for a referral? Thanks
Sure
No surprise. Low ball offer in bay area.
What’s a good salary for the Bay? Or what should I aim for?
Bay area is expensive, can you negotiate more?
No unfortunately that’s their final offer... What’s a good salary for the bay in yours opinion?
190-200K base
Location? Comparable to what I have seen at Amazon (I guess Seattle). u could negotiate more.
Silicon Valley What range should I aim for?
