ServiceNow or Visa backend internship?
Visa pays 40% less hourly and also cancelled internships twice due to covid. Visa is well known though but their interview was easier.
Avoid visa internship. I worked in India office and interned here - no return offer (I know they kinda canceled the normal internship)
Why would they cancel.return offer. They are hiring lot of people right now
They didn't offer return offers at all in summer 2020
ServiceNow treats interns really well and chances of full time are pretty high

Visa didn’t cancel 2021 internship to my knowledge. I would know, coz I did it. Been told Visa return rate is from 80-90% You are right, interviews tend to be super easy. But relevant I think
Doesn't visa have hackerrank, leetcode style interviews though? Basic tech company style? My friend who works there told me

I don't know anything about ServiceNow but being an employee at Visa I can say with confidence ServiceNow is a better option.
I got both Visa & Servicenow. I chose Servicenow and i enjoyed the internship(It isn’t perf based conversion .I already cleared the interviews for Full time) . I love Visa too and how they treat their employees. But considering the brand and pay i will suggest ServiceNow. WLB is good at ServiceNow. All the best
