Prod. Mgr 2 - Zulily offer evaluation request

Hi guys, Hope everyone is doing well and taking precautions. I have received an offer from Zulily, Seattle for technology pm 2 role. Breakdown of offer, Base - $150k Joining bonus - $10k Yearly bonus - 5% of base Stocks - $75k (4 yr vest) Two questions, 1. Is this a good offer considering my current TC is 170k? And what would be a good TC to ask for? I am currently in LA 2. With COVID 19 going around, does the move to Zulily makes sense based on their stability?
