TC of 100k for senior is way too low. Where did you see that? Senior starts at 120k for base.

Total comp for new grads is 110k (L4). Next level, L5 comes shortly after which is ~125k however this is not hard to each (some interns actually convert to L5 when they go full-time). I believe L6 is senior so I'm guessing around 150k TC.

Most of my TC is RSU based. 98k base and 260k stock. I'm L5. I'm probably out of sync with what is being offered now but I feel my base is a bit low. Without going to L6 I might have got a ceiling.
