Shopify Engineering or (Comcast) Engineering Management

I'm considering joining Shopify as an L6 (backend) Software Engineer annual comp is 210k (w/ 160k base, and the rest is RSU). I've been a software engineer for my entire career (10+ years) and I also have an opportunity to be an engineering manager at a Comcast subsidiary (Tech shop was acquired by Comcast a few years ago). The annual Comp at Comcast is about 250k (170k base, 25k bonus and rest RSU). Unless the culture is really intolerable I'll stay 3 years at either (full vest). With Shopify's momentum (but lower pay and lower title), I'm not sure which opportunity is objectively better.
