Should I interview with them again?
I attended an onsite interview with a company. The onsite interview went pretty well and the recruiter called the same day and informed me that the hiring manager would like to meet once face to face. Due to time conflict we meet through Zoom and the next day the recruiter informed you have cleared the interview and spoke about the numbers. However, the salary and role was for one level down than my current role. Now the recruiter says you interviewed for a junior role and need to interview onsite again for 2-3 rounds for senior role. I however had applied for a role relevant to my experience but the job title had a problem I really liked the company, team and the tech stack. However, the way things are unorganised is really frustrating. If they are not able to judge me after 6 rounds, I feel that sick. Now, I have counter offers from other companies. Should I accept to interview for one more onsite and postpone other counter offers I received or should I reject for being so cold ? Any advice please. Current TC :185

Easiest way is get another interview with other company and ask counter. Without any other offers it’s bit hard to negotiate

Tell them to up the TC. Otherwise they don't deserve your talent. Job title isn't important anyway.
So you recommend to skip the interview and mentioning them the expected TC?
Has this company mentioned the TC range at the more senior level? If not, are you happy with the other offers / role / work you'll be doing? If the answer is yes to the latter then skip this company and do give them feedback on why you did. Maybe they'll come back and offer to waive the interview. Regardless you'll be in a better position.
Thanks for the guidance. Yes the recruiter said they can match the requested numbers for Senior role. The other offer is good but not 100% convincing me due to commute. I feel to keep interviewing with others until I get the perfect one
