Should I leave Google?

I recently was told by Manager to find another team in Google as they think I don’t fit in the requirement of what the team needs. To some extent she also hinted towards a rating of NI this perf cycle. I got multiple spot bonuses and peer bonuses this cycle and although I lacked tad bit on few vision related projects, my overall performance was still good for a CME. Also my manager said this on the first day of me joining office from my PTO of few weeks. Does this mean my career at Google is over? Should I really look for a new team or just leave Google and start somewhere afresh? PS: I already have an offer and I have been at Google for more than 2 years.
