My current compensation 123K + 20K Bonus+ 340K RSU in EUR (Per year with current FMV) Offered Compensation 145K + 40K worth of stock options in 60M valuation. That's the confusion. 2 years of unvested RSU vs the thrill of a series B startup with investment from Tiger Global with a new space (life science QMS) with hardly any real competitors.
