Hi Everyone, (East Bay Area) I'm debating moving jobs and I'm curious to get some input from others...I'm a sys admin/consultant/help desk/whatever else there needs to be at a MSP with only 3 employees and I've been at my company for almost 2 years (May)... I recently got a raise, but it wasn't as much as I believe it should've been given how much I do for the company and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm debating looking for a new job (thinking about solutions engineering or operations at a bigger company @workday??) Do you think I should stick it out at my company till my 2 year mark or start making moves now? I really like my boss and feel like moving would leave the company in a bad spot, but at the same time I don't think I'm really getting anywhere in my career... Open to all thoughts, ideas, and suggestions! 😊
Get out. Best thing I ever did was leave the MSP space.

Which is more prestigious, Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad or Harvard Business School?
There is no such thing as ‘I’m satisfied with my raise’. Stay there if you are happy. But you will probably make more $ if you switch but doesn’t guarantee anything other that. So choose wisely!
