Should I move to uber?

Currently working at Google as L5. Feeling a little frustrated by the boring work and politics but would like to say it's still tolerable to me. Now it's my 4th year and yes there will be cliff on my TC soon. Also due to multiple reasons I am feeling extremely burnout so I spent some time to have a couple interviews to try my luck.

Got an offer from Pinterest. Number looks good but they refuse to uplevel. Heard that Pinterest is moving slowly and having a pretty similar culture to Google. Not a huge fan of that frankly speaking.

Also got an offer from Uber with sr2 title. Recruiter said that the price per share will increase if I could not make a decision at the day I interviewed and got offer but I was just not able to make it within a couple hours based on the number. So I think I have already missed a very good opportunity. However the number is much lower than Pinterest's, if we can directly compare these two.

Now the question: based in the new valuation should I still try to make a round of argument, or should I just let it go? Also, how's Uber sr2 targeting at F/G levelling? Is it equivalent to level 6 or not?
