Should I stay or switch?

Stats about me:

* YoE is 6-8 years.
* Been at Amazon as an SDE for 6 years.
* Just converted to L5 SDM (M0).
* Very strong position in the org, with a supportive and trusting L7 SDM (M2) manager.
* My reports are very happy.
* Path to L6 SDM (M1) within 1-2 years.
* Living in the UK.
* TC 130 GBP.

Want to stay in the UK for 1-2 more years if possible. Then want the USA.
