Should I still target Meta?

Looking for a change. Meta is my target company. I was in the process to solve all top Facebook Interview questions as I have heard that Meta only asks leetcode questions. I have completed top Interview questions already. I still struggle with some medium and most hard leetcode questions. Because of this I doubt that I can get into Google. I need to go to company that files for PERM and want to stay in the company till I am done with I140. Don't know if Meta has resolved PERM issues. Should I stop targetting Meta?
