Should I take an upleveled position at Lyft?

I'm an E4 at Facebook, but got a E5 offer at Lyft SF that pays a good deal more than I currently make. I have 6 YoE spreadout over various startups and Facebook. Should I take the upleveled offer or is that a bad idea because I'm more likely to do worse on performance cycles? Or should I ask for a lower level with the same TC?
