Will be quit soon. Reported this to HR but they ignored me. I have plenty of proof (chat messages) - should I send the proof to the CEO? I hate someone who uses their power to put down people.

Examples bullying:
- using higher/aggressive tone such as Do you understand?, or WAIT when we spoke at the same time. or, whoa whoa whoa when we talked almost at the same time. This is accompanied with body language such as puffying his cheek.
- always say, go talk to HR, as if not afraid of anything.
- correcting things wrong, in a rude way. such as "I cant believe you don't understand.."
- never care about employees growh. There is no one on one, and every meeting will talk about project.
- loves hearing himself talk, and needs a LOT of appreciation. Seems narcissistic at heart. Will make things difficult on purpose if he gets challenged. This happens with a few other people, but they are no longer with the company.

  • HR isn’t going to do jack shit. They are there to protect the company, as soon as you reported it I’m sure they immediately started figuring out how to protect your boss.

Nothing you listed above is really HR worthy. Yeah your boss isn't a great guy, but none of that rises to the level of a legal concern.

  • Can you give some examples? I’d imagine if you’ve submitted proof like chat messages, HR would act fast to protect the company

    • If it would protect the company to fire your boss, HR would move to do so. Don’t beat yourself up over it, you did the right thing. But I’m still curious at the examples

Not yet. Suck up to your boss and tell him “your wish is my command”. Let the work pile up for a bit, several months. Neglect it. Secure yourself a job that pays better and has a good reputation. Once you have the job locked then tell your boss the unfortunate news…. offer to transition for him, but you know, make sure the crap hits the fan. I’d say give him middles fingers, but you can just smirk and wish him well.
