Has anyone felt silent work stress at their job?
It’s in those crowded deadlines, resources not working/taking time to ramp up, training resources which takes way more strength than doing the work yourself, long working hours, lacking compensation to the amount of work, slow promotion guidelines.
And then there is regret that even when you are performing to the max/best self when you almost overwork yourself to meet that goal, it’s equivalent to another employee just doing an average job taking way more time than you.
This is what I feel, am i alone?

However, I also feel a sense of sadness, like the bureaucracy and intra-team fighting has beaten me down to stop caring about work being as high quality now and going "above and beyond" like altruistically changing existing processes that would make life easier for everyone.
