Seeing threads about people with Bay Area jobs looking at Stockton, Mountain House, Tracy, etc. for more affordable #housing - who’s made the leap?       700k in Mountain House seems steep for all service workers, but what about just before the Altamont Pass, like Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore?

    Issue with commuting from Tracy is that company shuttles don’t go that far. Last ACE train leaves too early, 6:35pm from San Jose.

    Over the Altamont in Tracy is half the price of Dublin. Small house is 400 vs 800.
