Simple investment mix?

Would love thoughts on a simple buy & hold stock mix that's more aggressive than your average S&P + total stock market index. Trying to strike a balance between growth, risk and simplicity (don't have nerves for TQQQ-type investments).

-S&P: 20%
-QQQM (NASDAQ 100 ETF): 40%
-US mid cap: 12%
-US small cap: 8%
-International: 15%
-Single stock picks (varies): 5%
