Is @Microsoft (Azure) most unprofessional company on the planet?

I had a loop earlier this year for CSAM leadership position. Got great individual feedbacks but recruiter ghosted me after saying still consolidating feedback for almost 2 months. Later another recruiter reached out for similar role stating I had great feedback in earlier interviews and arranged a discussion with hiring manager. I followed up after 2 weeks and got a response that next steps will be shared with in a week. It has been 4 weeks now and no response. I get it that I might not be the best fit but a professional courtesy to hear a response is surely expected. I had very high regards for MS but seriously never expected this lazy unprofessional behavior.

For all such positions, they must interview at least 5 candidates including 2 diversity candidates (1 female and another people of color/LGBT/Latino etc) and candidates need to wait for about 3 months to get an offer π
But you know what? It still works fine. The candidates who can get offer elsewhere, they do. Fine as Microsoft anyway can't compete with the likes of FB/G or even Amazon in salary. Finally they get the right candidates they need π€£.
Also most teams are way overstaffed so they are not so eager to hire as well
Recruiting is high turnover, especially if contractor, all the recruiters I know switch companies often on LinkedIn.
