Slack is going through another growth spurt. Everything is still in flux and evolving. If you have a desire to improve upon what you find you’ll do great if you look to fit in you’ll find you’ll have to fit in every 6 months or so.
I'm my opinion, Slack has mediocre engineering managers, and useless politics. Had an overall shitty hiring experience, starting all the way from the recruiter. Not worth your time if you ask me. Mediocrity begets mediocrity.
Accurate
yah the slack recruiters are terrible

Are the recruiters terrible or are the hiring managers just as bad/worse?
