Having 14 years experience in IT industry with 5 years experience as Engineering project lead.Got an offer from slalom as solution architect at seattle with an offer of 125k base salary and 7% annual bonus.is it a good offer? My very educated guess is that Solution Architects in ATL are making $135-150k base plus bonus targets. Your base offer is very low for the Seattle market, which is high cost of living compared to Atlanta. Slalom is stingy with raises so make sure you get what you want coming in.
