I can't seem to sleep the night before an interview. No matter how much I try not to think about it. Do you guys go through something similar? What do you do?#leetcode
I just pop a sleeping pill.
I always have it. This is my third company switch and third time I experience it. I have tried everything. Nothing works. The only thing that seems to work is, giving a few interviews with that state. After a few of them, I was able to sleep a bit. Also try to schedule it later in the day, so that you can take a nap in morning
I had same problem with one interview I did 2 years back. It's mostly because of the anxiety. We want that job so badly that we can't sleep and screw it up. I changed my philosophy towards interviews: just want to see if this position and company is better than my current one. It worked out well for me. Try it out.
Thank you guys for sharing. I thought I was alone! 🙏
Accept that this is normal, you can sleep a little bit better than previously atleast. Cheers!!
Train yourself to wake up early for at least a week before your interview so that you get tired earlier. And working out is essential. I sleep like a baby hours after a workout and a nice shower.
Zquil. Don't over dose!
Nightquill helps me sleep well a night before the interviews.
