Today subscribed to hulu. Why Hulu TV app is so slow? How do you guys compete with Amazon Prime and Netflix? Interface is terible and does not allow to skip the TV series title song. Everytime hulu logo take about 5-10 seconds to load and make sound and then app loads the programs. 90 second advertisement on paid plans?
Hulu has excellent customer support. Go to https://help.hulu.com/s/contactsupport?language=en-US&utm_campaign=contact&utm_medium=hometile&utm_source=help and click on Chat or Phone to get to an agent. The app shouldn't be that slow unless you're on a really low powered smart TV or your Internet connection is slow. Hulu's network partners often dictate that you can't skip the intro so that's usually not up to Hulu.
I have Samsung 4K Ultra HD. Not sure, if that's enough for Hulu. It's enough for prime and netflix. Verizon Fios internet.
Might be been during a time of a known issue. I watch on my Firestick TV with no issues.
I have a 1000$ 2018 Samsung tv. Does your app needs a 4000$ tv when your competitor apps runs just fine on my tv. As for the ads, amazon provides a much better value for the money and Netflix’s content is much superior to Hulu’s. Additionally after seeing the ad if I rewind a few seconds the ad just replays again which is super annoying.
I am curious.... are you facing the same problem?
Agreed! Show aren’t that interesting either. I have it as it was under promotion for 0.99$ per month. Will drop it once it’s over.
I also did the same. I got this deal for a year. Will be dropping it next month. There's not a lot of quality content there
