Small midsize company VP Engineering TC
Moving from a larger company VP Engineering role with TC around $300k. 20+ YOE. 20 person org managed. Salary: $260k Bonus: $25k RSUs: none New company in financial services. About 225 people. Will manage about 50 in engineering org. Based in Los Angeles. Looking for data on TC. Figure it will be similar to current comp.

That comp looks low to me for managing 50 people.

You should expect a lot of equity 100k+, and significantly more than <10% bonus (more like 25% and even more depending on personal and company performance).
