Hello everyone, I have an onsite scheduled for snap ny office and it seems they have slightly different approach for interview. Recruiter mentioned about full-day project and I can use my own laptop. While I lied the idea, I would like to know what to expect and do I need to setup environment for specific technology/language. I have always been backend engineer. Any help is appreciated. Have a good weekend :) TC: 130k yoe : 5
Any language you want, You should set up your environment of choice. Takes ~30 min to get everthing set up but Itâs not hard, and mostly focused on logic/coding. I just used Imtelli -J didnât use anything else. Tbh the project was very annoying to code with a bunch of edge cases, wouldnât recommend lol.
Thank you đ really appreciate it đ
Btw should clarify - the 30 min they will help you set up whatever the projects need (eg it needed to communicate with an external service). But as an engineer as long as u have like intelli-J for example, you wonât need any other libraries or technologies

Snap as in Snapchat? That's still a thing?
Yup, and investors think so too. Stock has bounced back since it hit a record low in December.
Still... What's the long term financial goal for emojis and selfies Highly (wish this wysiwyg had option for Bold) overrated and fading
