What’s the timeframe to hear back from Snap after an on-site (for a lateral role)? Just to know on next steps / offer / no offer whatever the outcome might be. How long does it usually take after on-site and what are the next steps? Is there a debrief / bar raiser / hiring committee etc? Any recruiters or Snap folks who can help? 🤞 TC = 370K
How long does the process take for a hire - no hire decision communication post on site
Got mine in a week. But had to push them since I had expiring offers
Awesome! I’m in two minds whether to push them or not - don’t have offers but other interviews and just want this out of the way - hopefully 🙏 positively 🤞. How soon did the recruiter inform you post offsite that they’d be extending an offer? It’s been 3 days for me but no communication from recruiter yet. Normal?
Completely normal. Think they’re a bit short staffed in recruiting department so might take a little more time than general
Anyone else? Does it work against you if you follow up?
For me, It took more than 2 weeks to get the feedback and move to team matching. It's been three days since I spoke to a HM, I'm still waiting to hear back from the recruiter about the next steps.

I heard there’s a review panel outside of the immediate team especially for senior folks and a “decider” (similar to Amazon bar raiser). True?
