Can someone explain how RSU at Snap works and vesting schedule? For example, does Snap provide a certain number of RSU units (which can then vary in value, depending on stock price or does Snap provide a fixed dollar anount per year (say $50,000). Greatly appreciate your insight and thanks in advance.
Very helpful. Thanks. How do you like working at IBM?
We determine the units granted based on the average stock price one months prior to your start date. Your units are paid out every month over four years after your first month start date. RSU refresher are also given based on your performance every six months
Thanks a lot. Very helpful.
Could it be the case that if the stock price is lower, you'd be granted more units which ultimately benefits you in the long run if stock price increases?
Do you know what day we'd be able to first sell our vested SNAP stock?

11 offers to laid off[UPDATE]: 5 offers
Get the offer. It explains all. In fact the recruiter could explain that as well.
Thanks. Good call and will ask the recruiter as well (apologize newbie here). Just curious if any current SNAP employees are willing to share for a more current view (particularly for jobs in SNAP's legal department).
