Snap Tech Lead Salary Range?
I am wondering what is the current salary range in Snap as a Tech Lead Level? Don't know which level. levelfyi seems having some higher number than FANNG, I am curious and want to prep for the offer negotiation soon. Update: the level is L6

What's up with the new wave of exodus from Magic Leap? Btw you don't become tech lead as an external hire as a L4, you grow to that position. If they hire you as a tech lead it's going to be as a L5. You also don't need to be a tech lead to be L5, just senior enough. Keep in mind that just because you are tech lead now != you will be hired as a tech lead at Snap

All L5s (or at least all I know) are tech leads but it is not that uncommon for an L4 to be a tech lead, you pretty much have to become a tech lead of something to get promoted to L5.
