How much does an L4 at snap get? Could a google L4(3 yoe) get snap l4? Is a 400k (as per levels.fyi) salary realistic ?
Snap L4 = G L4 + L5. So yes obviously you can get 400k at Snap L4
Anyone that joined before 2020 has 1mill+ annual TC for L4+

agreed, my monthly income in 2019 (starup) vs 2021(snap) is almost 10X. though working a lot but it is worth it :)

Well one can find 10yoe+ in L4 in Google too. Google is notorious with under leveling. Especially if the candidate is not aware of the leveling, the recruiter will try to lowball them.
