Have a few offers but narrowed it down to these two:
Snap L5 - 510k TC, 215 base, rest stock (stock vests monthly over 3 years). Team in AR.
Google L5 - 420 TC year 1, 190 base, 550k stock over 4 years frontloaded, 30k sign on, est 15% bonus. Team in Ads.
$ wise seems like a no brainer and Snap's team is more interesting to me tech wise, but G gives me some good leadership/growth opportunities and probably more stability. Both are remote roles. Anything I might not be thinking about that I should be?
TC: ~250k, 5 yoe, L63
