Saw that the Snowflake CEO purged low performing sales reps. I’m curious what comp looks like for an Enterprise Account Executive? Are they putting their money where their mouth is and paying top performers? Glassdoor doesn’t have much and Team Blind doesn’t either so far.

If you are a performer you will always have a job and make good money. The comp plan is tough this year but you can hit your ote and exceed If you know how to sell.
Id love to connect! I know how to sell and I just need an opportunity. I’m in the 1% earners in my industry, developed 5 of my companies largest partnerships, turned a 7k account to 650k in 2 years. Produced 50% of sales during Covid. 2019 highest account sales year for a rep in 25 year history. Our company is privately owned, retail brand in business for over 25 years. I’m at a place where I’m the backbone which is nice but I need to grow and contribute more. 10 YOE TC - 150k (no base, all commission)
