I will start — I’m terribly failing at resolution of exercising 2-3 times a week. I hope to fix that in Feb. Let’s be honest and give ourselves an overall score on all resolutions. High level and gut check is ok. I will give myself a score of 2.5 out of 5 so far. What is your score ?

5/5 for fitness I lift 3x/week and run 3x/week (just finished a 5 mile run) or go to the boxing gym instead of running. Meal prep all my lunches and cook dinner every night. Doing intermittent fasting. Gonna get shredded af for summer. 0/5 for grinding leetcode though 😭
what u do for meal prep?
For every meal I have a source of protein, carbs, and vegetables. Protein options: chicken breast, ground bison, ground lamb, rib eye steak. Carb options: brown rice, sweet potatoes. Vegetables: spinach, broccoli, green beans, California mix. Between lunch and dinner I snack on fruit, nuts, protein bars, and whey protein. Every Sunday when deciding which meal to prepare for the upcoming week, I pick one item from each category and cook it in bulk. For example this week I’m eating ground bison/brown rice/broccoli for lunch and steak/sweet potatoes/green beans for dinner. Of course having a variety of seasonings and marinades is essential. There was a time I was eating bison/brown rice/spinach literally ever day for lunch and dinner for several months but because I always switched up the seasonings I never got tired of eating it.

Oddly specific
My last year's new year resolution was to lose weight and join gym. I did it for 3 months by joining gym and lost around 5 kgs. Went from 79 to 74, I am 5'9 Now I am 72 kgs and again starting the second leg this January and successful so far. This time I would like to cut a lot of fat and increase some muscle mass
