I feel really lost. I just graduated college and don’t find joy in work one bit. I would prefer traveling the world and enjoying life than sitting in the office and doing someone’s bidding. I feel there is so much out there to see and enjoy and life is too short to spend 40 hours a week doing someone else’s bidding and not finding joy in what you do. At the same time we need money to survive and I would like to make enough to at least get through life comfortably and have money to see the world.
At first I thought it was just the company I am in, but the longer I think about it, I feel I have never ever found joy in working whether it was my internship or working at the store.
Does anyone else feel like this? What steps did you take to feel better? I know, not working is not an option, at least while I am young
