What do such people use for communication when they quit social media? A phone, email and SMS?
I mostly use WhatsApp, Skype and email. (But I never was actually on social media, I tried it for few times but it was a boring show of cats and cites from "smart people" so nothing actually kept my interest there).

Already got off Instagram. Deleted Facebook and Messenger off my phone (still use Facebook through web). Life feels somewhat peaceful. All the fake posturing in Instagram started to get nauseating after a while.
Seriously, what do you use to connect with friends online?
The people that matter through SMS/iMessage. And I have people on my Facebook that are relevant as well. So not being on instagram doesnt really affect me. And it doesn’t hinder my lifestyle in any way because I have small circle of friends and I keep in touch with through FB or Whatsapp.
