Software companies with easy interviews (non FAANG)

I do embedded/firmware at WD in C/C++. I have been wanting to switch to SWE (C++) role for a better wlb and ability to work remotely. I did 150 LCs - but mostly easy ones - 10 medium. I lack skills to do medium and above and also have exhausted my time and energy in LC due to family responsibilities. I'm in my 30s if that matters.

Do I stand a chance to get a job in SWE in today's job market? Non FAANG. Location is Bay area.
