Also I don’t worry about recession since our enrollment numbers are either steady or going up

Been working at two universities (current one 5 years). Good benefits (401k match) and free tuition for kids. Like 4 weeks vacation and low stress. Salary though is a it lower at universities which is fine if in low col area
