I didn't want to catch the falling knife so I decided to sell all my stock. Currently I'm only down 87k. If I wait further I was scared the market will go down#401k more. Looking at the market today I saved myself about 30k so I am also thinking about cashing out 401k. Is anyone else catching the knife? Should I send my money to my family overseas? Thank you

I am buying $2500 worth of ETFs in betterment every week. This is a fantastic opportunity to buy at fire sale prices!

On average, people who try to time the market end up making less than those who stay in the market
Probably a good call
Catching falling knife is one thing..... Holding onto a knife is different. It doesn't hurt to hold one. Just saying!
The problem is not selling, the problem is buying back. let's say tomorrow is up 2%, do you buy or not?
Stop trying to time the market
I saved at least 30k today. I expect the market to continue going down
30k compared to what? Do you expect the stock market to completely crash?
