It comes under Directi, it has good work culture and WLB. Don't feel good project/application and clients. Hikes are always late (late by more than even 6 months) and not so good upper management. No layoffs at all.
Why Hikes are late? If I join in Dec 2020 when am I eligible for next hike, recruiter told on May 2021. But I highly doubt that
Retention bonus is if you stay at organization for next X years (Equivalent to stocks). Could be easily asked for 15-20 lakhs across 4 years.
