I'm curious to know what a compensation package for a Sr. EE would be at SpaceX Redmond?

any negotiation advice?

    I came from a company with matching 401K and incentive plans and was able to negotiate a higher offer and more RSUs by being totally honest about my (then) current compensation plan. They offered me a 15% raise from my prior salary and went up a little on the stock award after hearing about the matching 401k, which they do not offer.
