I’ve been at Amazon for 7 months now as a new grad. I really want to work for Splunk. What can I expect from the interview, and what type of leetcode questions do they ask?
I don’t know how they do it now, but I interviewed twice pre-WFH, and twice post-WFH across varying teams before I landed my current role, and there’s no standard. Some teams do project based (code up a CRUD app on your laptop), some actually do LC mediums / easy, I haven’t had an LC hard. I have heard they do LC hards for the high priority teams. Also had a system design reminiscent of designing a KV store. YMMV as I would imagine many at Splunk had different interviewing experiences.
I hated their bro attitude with beer on tap and general ways..as I was walking to the interview room with interviewer one girl started talking to him as if they are in a bar, totally flirting...interviews were lc medium and behavioral
For new grad it will be more LC medium, senior positions we do ask other stuff too so even they don’t perform great on LC we do consider their experience in Sys Design etc. Again this what we are doing in our team, it may vary from team to team
Could I dm you for a referral?
Can I dm as well for referral ?
“Splunk announced that President and Chief Growth Officer Teresa Carlson, will be leaving the company to pursue other career opportunities.”
I Interviewed at Splunk and did 9 … ! NINE rounds over 7 months, only to be told that the remote job advertised (while still remote), is not remote for California. That is not offered in California anymore 😃. This was not for a senior or leadership role. What is happening there
I think it’s because they know they have to pay lot of 💰 to a California candidate

Why no one cares about the lives lost in Gaza, Israel and busy in their own lives?
Question one: why do you want to work at Splunk? Question two: no seriously, are you guys hiring at amazon? I’m trying to get out of here
Hiring at amazon? Are you at Splunk? I hear Splunk has a really good wlb and I’m sick of working insane hours with an even insaner oncall schedule. If I told you have many pages I got in one day, you wouldn’t believe me.
unfortunately i would totally believe you
