Just completed a series of telephone interviews with HR and the HR Manager, along with finishing an on-site panel interview with the team of 6 on Monday, which seemed to have gone fairly well across the board. After thanking the recruiter and team, the recruiter followed up via email 24 hours later saying: "As soon as I have feedback, I will be in touch". Any advice on when to follow up next? I was referred by a Splunk employee and recently spoke at their annual conference as well with my soon to be previous employer.
Just wait. You can ping back on a weekly basis. It is holidays and they might not even make a decision until next year.
Received a follow up for references and next steps. Thank you.
Hey OP, did the recruiter reach out to you with next steps via a phone call or email? I got an email from a recruiter asking if I am available to discuss over phone. Any idea if that's positive or otherwise?
Should be positive.
