I have an onsite with Splunk for a PM position coming up. What kinds of interview questions can I expect? It would be great if you can provide some specifics: -How important are behavioral/culture fit questions? Can you rank the following traits (or others): hard working, empathetic, intelligence, business minded, prestige/academic, startup/hacker ? -Prior Splunk product knowledge. How big of an advantage is this ? -Case study or open ended questions ? Are these common? -How technical ? Basic knowledge of how web technologies works ? Systems design level ? Traversing binary trees? -Strategy questions? Any other color you can add will be much appreciated.
I was told Splunk product knowledge is very important. Must have hands on product knowledge at high level and the competition
@truff. How did your interview go? I have one coming up. Any suggestions?

@truff how was your interview ?
Being technical always helps. Perhaps not tree traversals but definitely a good understanding of how web technologies come together. Knowledge of Splunk the product also helps, as does knowledge of other competitive products. Best of luck!
Could you rank the importance of these (in your own opinion)
