I've an upcoming interview for Splunk principal Engg. As per Glassdoor it is not very technically complex and centred more on culture. Unlike Amazon or Netflix, Splunk doesn't have a culture deck. I found their Values page. Is that good enough to understand their culture or is there more? Also any tips on what topics I should cover for the interview.

BREAKING: Internal sources confirm another round of layoffs just hit emails at Tesla. For real.
There's no standardization across Splunk for types of questions to ask. Our group always asked a mix of complex technical problems, design discussion, and cultural fit.
