Hello All, I'm very new to Blind and curious as to what you feel a PS Consultant with a high security clearance should be. 5 years of experience, The position would be working in the Public Sector (DC area) so I know it's a sharp contrast to what I've see posted on here. I'm currently a splunk engineer making 183k annually base salary (government contracting) and 5% match on my 401k contribution, no bonuses, usually 3% annual raise in base compensation. I'm not too familiar with the p2, p3 type scale so if someone could please break down the response into noob terms/ actual Dollar amount I'd appreciate it. I understand there's a base salary, stock shares and bonuses.. Thanks for your help. Also if there's a link someone can point me to that breaks down all the acronyms that would be great
Thanks, however I've seen this before but doesn't quite break down the information I'm looking for. I haven't seen anyone here post anything about professional services consultant positions so I'm unsure where it fits in the scale of positions and salary.
I was going to say 185k. Do you have clearance now?
185 base pay? Or TC? Yes I currently have clearances
Why use splunk when you can use elk
$183k base is awesome.
What did you end up making? I’m in a similar situation here.
@Ernie27 or anyone who has been in a similar spot answer this? I'm in a similar boat right now.
